1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) active account on the 55j Platform. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 55j reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit all associated funds and winnings upon discovery.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55j login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. 55j will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. 4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

55j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus credits already awarded to a user's account at the time of the change, provided those credits have been legitimately earned in compliance with the applicable promotion's terms.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 55j Platform and all services thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55j makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, with respect to the Platform or any content thereon.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55j shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 55j Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — even if 55j has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

55j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a user account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The user breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• 55j reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the account;
• The user provides false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The account is found to have been created for or used by a minor (under 21 years of age);
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted;

• 55j, at its sole discretion, determines that continuation of the account relationship is not appropriate.

Upon account closure for cause, 55j reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from activities in breach of these Terms. 11 Dispute Resolution

13 Amendments to These Terms

55j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the 55j Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 55j Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

14 Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement
